Lymphatic core Massage is a therapeutic massage protocol that supports the functions of the body’s core lymphatic, digestive, circulatory and cerebrospinal systems. 

Lymphatic Core Massage or Deep Manual Lymphatic Drainage assists the emptying of toxins from the lymphatic nodes and fluid leaving the body through the bowels.

Lymphatic Core Massage is designed to aid the movement of lymphatic fluid (which drains away tissue fluid and metabolic waste).  It may be used to treat lymphoderma, a swelling that causes dysfunction and discomfort and may result from cancer surgery or treatment.  Lymphatic Core Massage may be used pre-operatively to drain and stimulate the system and make incision easier and post-operatively to drain and stimulate the system and make incision easier and post-operatively to prevent infection and reduce pain, spasm, and scarring.

We also offer Deep manual lymphatic massage.  This technique is similar to a firm swedish massage.  We begin the treatment massaging the abdomen which opens the lymph flow in the colon.  The upper or lower body is massaged towards the abdomen and there is special emphasis to the spinal erectors to activate the nervous system and increase lymphatic flow throughout the body.  At Anti Aging Therapies, we use micro-current and homeopathic lymphatic creams to bring about a more effective therapy session.  We have found this technique maximizes the benefits of lymphatic drainage and our patients heal much more quickly than normal.

Micro-current technique has been found to be beneficial in the recovery of patients who have undergone lypo-suction surgery and need help to re-activate the health of the lymph system.  The micro-current is also used in a non-surgical procedure called, body scupting for the reduction of unwanted cellulite.  In these treatments, we use a special topical mesotherapy creme, adding to the success of meltting the cellutile.  Many patients use the mesotherapy creme daily to increase the benefits of the sessions.
